Regular yoga classes for anyone who wants the movement and the calm without the puppies. Approachable pacing, welcoming room, come as you are.
Sessions designed around slowing down. Lower the noise, reset mentally and emotionally, and leave lighter than you came in.

What to expect
A calm room, gentle instruction, and plenty of spontaneous puppy moments that make every class a little different from the last.
No yoga experience required. You do not need flexibility, strength or any prior yoga knowledge. Just an open mind and something comfortable to move in.

Before your first class
Everyone joining a class or event signs a one-time release of liability. It takes about two minutes. Do it at home, or on the tablet when you arrive.

B.E.S.T. Wellness Studio grew out of Bellapuppies NYC, Kai’s puppy business serving New York and New Jersey. The studio is where the wellness side of that work lives: Bellapuppies Entertainment Strive Together.

No. Classes are built for people at any level, including people who have never done yoga before. There is no perfect form to hit and nobody is watching.
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Come a few minutes early so you can settle in and meet the puppies before class starts.
